blacklisting by SORBS

SpamCop has been a problem for me (and my MSP).  They also demand money to
be removed.  With SpamCop, it takes "fewer than 10 reports" twice to get
them to demand money.  I've had my name whitelisted on a mailing list I
care about; other than that I expect I'll just keep being blocked.
Googling shows SORBS to be of the same stripe.
