Scratchy Sound FC4

With the possible exception of my very first MVS System Dump I am not
sure I have ever read so much stuff I did not understand. The page
mentioned below has a lot of information but I think I need an
interpreter. :(

Maybe the default sampling rate is wrong. I don't know how exactly to 
change that but I believe the following site should have some answers:
