fdisk is part of util-linux.
Try
# /sbin/fdisk
You should do this as root of course.

You should notice that there isn't an boot entry for Mandriva, so add
sth like
title Mandriva
root (hd1,0)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-(version) ro root=/dev/hdb
to grub.conf file.
