Html display should default to word-wrapping to fit the viewing
area.  You really have to go out of your way to do otherwise.
Normally you'd let the editor add newlines for wrapping since
they are ignored in html anyway, but it shouldn't make any
difference.

But, you might like nedit for a simple GUI editor that acts
like windows users expect and saves plain text.
