spamass-milter keeps dying

Unfortunately the snert packages have a non-free license and hence can't
be included in Extras.

I've done a wrapper script for the spamass-milter in Extras for rawhide
(in cvs) and have requested a build. I'll let that run for a week or so
and if there are no issues raised, I'll release it for FC-3 and FC-4
too.
