postfix dying while sending mails to outside world on FC3

hey friends,
I don't know what happened the postfix has stopped sending mails to
outside world but I am able to receive the mails from outside world
.The postfix is able to send the mails within the Lan but not to the
outside world.
yestarday i did make some changes to my server I am using FC3 like
disabling root access on every terminal as there were some attempts to
hack the computer so I thought disabling root access on every terminal
will make hacking little difficult.
I also did chattr +i /etc/services .
But today I remove the chattr on /etc/services.
The error while sending mails to outside world :

I am using the latest kernel and my system is upto date through yum.I
am not using any 3rd party utility for scanning mails like MailScanner
or Amavis-new.
