help on getting xfig package in Fedora Core

It *is* in FC:

$ whichcd xfig
You appear to be running Fedora Core 4.
I'll search for rpms for that version.
Searching for xfig...

CD-2:xfig-3.2.4-11.i386.rpm
SOURCE-CD-1:xfig-3.2.4-11.src.rpm
