CD burning using K3b 0.11.23 or x-cd-roast 0.98alpha15 under FC4 2.6.12

Okay, let's check what you have installed. Run the following in
your favourite terminal program:

  rpm --query cdrdao k3b cdrecord

The reason normal non-multisession burning works fine without cdrdao, is
that cdrecord is used for that type of burning.
