Livna is not Nvidia.  They have to get the updated driver then do a
build for each kernel using that driver.  It all takes time.

If you don't want to wait, it only takes about 20 minutes to do the
download from Nvidia, reboot to text mode, log in as root, compile the
nvidia driver, then reboot to gui with the driver active.
