Thanks, Antonio and all who suggested other programs. I now have quite
a selection: Kaffeine, Kplayer, GMplayer, VLC, Xine... So far it seems
that I will be sticking with kplayer as I do like it's integration
with the KDE desktop.

Gplayer did not find it's way into the K menu. I know that I can add
it in the Menu Setup (translated), but there are other programs that I
installed that are not in there, abiword for instance. Where can I see
all the programs that have been added to the system? Or will I need to
do it individually for each method that has been used (yum, rpm,
etc...)? If that is the case, I'll be able to figure out how in the
man pages I think, but I just want to know if there is a faster way.
