FC4 - Sound Noise

Hi

Can you describe that static noise?

I did notice one thing, that when all the volumes are cranked to the maximum, 
the sound overloads sometimes resulting in a sound you get when putting the 
volume all the way up on a cheap radio.  If find that putting the PCM at 98% 
instead of 100% solves that.
