Another thing you might want to do is get rid of that downloaded RPM
from Intel.  That stuff's in xorg, and all that installing that RPM
*probably* did was break DRI for you.  You might want to reinstall your
xorg RPMs to get back 3D.

I have a notebook with a similar graphics card ... e-mail me off-list
