Mailman: old layout -> new layout

I'm about to move a mailman setup from a Fedora Core 1 machine to
a Fedora Core 3 machine.  The mailman filesystem layout has clearly
changed, as foreshadowed here

but looking at the files that doesn't seem entirely current.

Has anyone else done a move like this?  Any gotchas I should look out for?
