Package httpd.x86_64 0:2.0.54-10.1 set to be updated

# rpm -qa --qf '%{NAME}-%{VERSION}-%{RELEASE}.%{ARCH}\n' httpd\*
httpd-2.0.54-10.x86_64
httpd-manual-2.0.54-10.1.x86_64
httpd-devel-2.0.54-10.1.x86_64

 see that the installed version is -10 not -10.1. Yum doesnt complain 
but I would have to assume there is some problem updating this package?
