Setting up gdmflexiserver ?

Hi;

I need a little help setting up gdmflexiserver. I have it running and
can switch between user1 and a nested user2.  However, I get the
following error message when I first open user2: "No volume control
elements and/or devices found."

I haven't been able to find out where I should be looking to switch the
sound (as defined under console in PAM) as I switch between users.

Any ideas?
