Package httpd.x86_64 0:2.0.54-10.1 set to be updated

It looks that way. Is the httpd-2.0.54-10.1 RPM in your yum cache
(somewhere under /var/cache/yum)? If so, you can try updating it using
RPM, e.g.
# rpm -Uvh /var/cache/yum/*/packages/httpd-2.0.54-10.1.x86_64.rpm
Then repeat the "rpm -qa --qf '%{NAME}-%{VERSION}-%{RELEASE}.%{ARCH}\n'
httpd\*" and see what you get.
