username and password for downloading FC4

Maybe somebody will know different, but, it sounds like your download 
accelerator is what's asking for a password, not the Fedora download site. 
You might also do better with one of the Fedora mirrors than at the 
fedora.redhat.com site:
http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors.html
