Why Evolution 2.2.2-5 breaks the letters subjects code pages?

I have utf8 locale. When i set koi8r or utf8 coding page in composer
preferences, it sends in iso-8859-5. When i look at the letter source i
see its subject like this: "=?iso-8859-5?Q?=D9=E6=E3=D9=E6=E3?=". Can i
change it?
Please, help.
