It's "free" for development purposes (iso images can be downloaded
from the Oracle site). Fedora is not supported though; you'll need to
hack the installer (and forget about support) or use Red Hat
Enterprise Linux.
If you want to go to production with Oracle you'll need a very
expensive license.
