Internet Explorer 6 under Wine

Trying to install IE6 under Wine, running Fedora Core 4, wondering if 
there is something I have to do to open internet access for Wine or so?

I get the message that the installation couldn't download all components 
needed for the installation. It seems like it wont connect at all.

Otherwise, how do I install IE6 using Wine, would be great to know ;)
