broken yum update to glibc 2.3.5-10.3 for x86_64

On my x86_64 system, yum can't resolve a dependency for updating glibc* to 
version 2.3.5-10.3.  Is an updated glibc.i386 missing from the 
updates-released repository for x86_64?

Anyone else seeing this problem?  More info below.
