They are now published.

The major work was done by Peter Backlund. I just took over the
maintainership.

This is a chicken and egg problem when it comes to yum and co. Current
yum versions handle kernel-module-foo packages much better then in the
past, but there are still issues that forces us to do it this way. We're
working towards a better solution in the future.
