Unable to Configure DHCP

Hi,
I am using HP Notebook Pavillion dv1340us with Windows XP as second operating system having DSL using DHCP.
But when i am configuring DHCP which is default Fedora is giving problem 
 
SIOCSIFFLAGS: Invaild Argument
SIOCSIFFLAGS: Invaild Argument
 
NIC: realtek rtl8139/810x
