cannot start the session due to some internal error

Hi, I've just had this problem with FC3. I could login via KDE, but not
via GNOME, as if the files were corrupted. What I did is that I
reinstalled all xorg packages from the first CD of Fedora Core 3 with
the following command:

rpm -Uvh --replacepkgs xorg*

Of course, if you had upgraded X from newer packages, use them instead.
