web files with ftp vsftpd

Maybe you want to be able to upload files directly to /var/www/html using 
vsftpd?
Well, the easiest thing is to make a user with home directory of /var/www/html
useradd someone -d /var/www/html
Then chmod /var/www/html accordingly to the user.
