ok it looks like that the k3b-mp3 is comming from livna and you have 
k3b.i386 from kde. So I sugest you uninstall k3b and diable the 
kde-redhat-stabl repo for a moment and install bothe k3b and k3b-mp3 
from livna.  I think it should work now.
