During Fedora Core 4 kickstart post installation, postgresql command initdb doesn't work

after finishing installation and computer reboot, I
found user account is created but passwd is not
created.

I also found that /var/nm2 directory is empty after
reboot, which means initdb doesn't work and files
under /var/nm2 not generated by initdb.
