Autologin with a mag card

Good morning,

I'm not using a smartcard; I know we can already do that.  One of my
customers has a custom proximity magnetic reader that's USB and looks
like a serial port.

When you swipe the card, you get the hex identification from the card
(809c2dfb for example).  When you take the card away, you get a NOCARD
message page.

I need to be able to take that hex identifier and automatically log the
user in without the need for them to touch the keyboard!

How do???
