Missing certificates in Evolution?

Hi all,

Just wondering why Evolution on my x86 FC4 box has tons of certificates
under Edit -> Preferences -> Certificates -> Authorities while the same
Evolution on my x86_64 box is empty. Anyone care to fill me in how I get
those certificates also present on the x86_64 box? I even did a fresh
workstation install of FC4 followed by yum update to see if that fixed
it which it did not.
