Setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH

Fedora doesn't need LD_LIBRARY_PATH on the default install. It is purely used 
for users to override the system wide settings.

The system wide settings are in /etc/ld.so.conf and /etc/ld.so.conf.d/
you'll have to run ldconfig  wich then creates /etc/ld.so.cache which is used 
by the linker...
