Why questions don't get answered, or "No, I've already RTFM, tell me the answer!"

This list does not have a FAQ. The main Fedora Core website does not
have one. Fedora Forum has a FAQ but the main site does not direct FC4
users to there. Kind of dysfunctional, no?
