Take a little more care over yout typing. That's not what your computer 
said.

Anything in /usr/local (_not_ /user/local) is not part of FC4. To get it 
out of the way, as root:
cd /usr
mv local Local

and see whether that fixes the problem. And take a note to rename Local 
to local later.
