problem with FC4 and multiboot Windows system

I recently installed FC4 on a Dell PC with two drives. The first has  
XP on it, the second is split into Windows Server 2003 and FC4 (I  
need to test software on several OS's). After I set FC4 up, I can't  
boot into either of the Windows installs. Server 2003 goes nowhere,  
and booting XP dumps me into some Dell diagnostic app. I'm pretty  
sure I had the partitions correct during boot configuration. Where do  
I go now?
