GUI for configuring NTP - really running ntpd

You clock is probably more than 1000 seconds off kilter and ntpd is
refusing to adjust it without specific instruction.

run (as root):

	ntpd -g -q

and it will set the clock to the correct time and exit.

Then "service ntpd start" should correctly start up.
