I tried:

# /usr/sbin/ntpdate de.pool.ntp.org
  9 Dec 22:22:27 ntpdate[10813]: no server suitable for synchronization found
#

and all European pool.ntp.org servers. In addition, I tried
192.5.41.40. Always I got the same problem.
