tftp server problem

Hi list
I have a problem with tftp server on FC4.
I have installed the server as the documentation suggests.
after restarting the server, I can t connect to the ftp server :(
can you help please


[root at localhost ~]# service xinetd restart

[root at localhost ~]# ftp localhost
ftp: connect: Connection refused
