CRC erroc on archive

Hi all,

I do mostly my archive with tar.bz2
with this command :
tar cvf - /home/Franck/ | bzip2 -9 > /backup/FULL_`date +%Y%m%d`/Franck.ta
r.bz2, ad i burn it to a DVD using k3b

I get CRC erroc abd i cna decompress it !
Do you have any idea how can i fix this!
I know there is a command bziprecover but it s so long.

What did i do wrong for getting this CRC error
