fc3 on old 7GB HD with 64MB Ram

Looks like your X configuration doesn't work. Did it work in the 
installer? If you boot to runlevel 3, can you log in? Can you run:

$ startx >X.out 2>X.err

What happens? If X doesn't start, what's in the two files?
