My card doesn't seem to have a hardware encoder but my card works fine
under winxp (double boot). So it could be a tvtime problem but i tried a
lot of tv viewer with the same result. It could also be a driver pb. I
believe to have seen in this list other people who have pbs with bttv
driver and the last kernel but i can't find this thread.
