A) Greylisting doesn't need to involve any extra work on the sender's
part - only the normal retries that all standard mail transports
provide.
B) Even among people that use email in business, few need to
accept time-sensitive messages from unknown senders. That is,
you might have sales and customerservice aliases where it is
worth wading through the spam to avoid missing a new contact
but it would not be necessary for every email address in the
company.
