apt problems

that's fedora extras you're using. add

  Apt::State::FirstRun "false";

to /etc/apt/apt.conf and add

  rpm http://download.fedora.us fedora/fedora/3/i386 os extras

to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/fedora.list (create the file). then run
apt-get update and apt-get upgrade
