Find World readable/writable files syntax error

Hi All,

used the following,
find / \( -perm -a+r -o -perm -a+w \) ! -type 1 >> world_readwrite.txt
from this article,
http://www.linux.com/article.pl?sid=04/04/15/1918219
but, got the following error,
find: invalid argument `1' to `-type'

Is the syntax different for fedora2..? Cheers.
