Look it seems sad that people get bent out of shape just because
someone gets mad and uses an inappropriate subject line on his e-mail.
We all from time to time get frustrated and miss looking at the proper
places for answers. If one has only one machine to keep up then then
searching foe the answer exhaustively is the way to go.

But when you have 50 machines to maintain and 2000 potential users to
help screw things up sometimes it all gets too much for you and out of
frustration you post a quick question. Just think how much simpler
things would have been if people had just ignored the "FC3 subject
line "and would not gone into attack mode.
