FTP server

hey,

The vsftp(very secured ftp ) server is by default with fedora.
Just start the vsftpd service and ur ftp server will be running.By
default anonymous users can upload the files .If you want to change
some settings you can edit the file /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf.
