NNTP (again): Pan moved from Core to Extras?

Which T-Bird? I just switched from knode to T-Bird 1.0 for NNTP and it's
pretty decent. Evolution (which I use for email) is absolutely HORRID as
a news client. If Mahogany were just a bit more stable . . .
