IBM may offer the kind of support you need. Both Windows and Linux are
have mailing lists, user-supported web sites, and other non-commercial
support systems.

But that's not what you're looking for.

IBM may offer the kind of support you need, or Oracle if you're running
their database.

In the end, if there is no business case for switching to Linux, then
don't switch. It's an operating system, not a religion.
