Postfix Virtual domain mapping working suddenly

- What version of Postfix?
- What is the output of "postconf -n"?
- What errors / unusual behaviours are seen in the logs?
  (/var/log/maillog)

Also have a look at postfix's DEBUG_README files for more
troubleshooting info.
