Motherboard manual and BIOS have nothing about reserving a block of memory. I remmeber a CONFIG.SYS line for EMM386 or something that used to do so for old DOS. Am wondering if there is something similar under XF86? Old PII motherboards do have area to activate/reserve a block of memory. Motherboards with PIII do not have area to do so. God Bless, GregS <><
