regarding the floppy boot disk and HTTP installation

After mounting the DVD at /media/cdrecorder ...

# ln -s /media/cdrecorder /var/www/html/FC3

The installation directory should then be accessible at
http://your.server.name/FC3/

Network install should work fine.
