This is happening because your synaptic (apt) configuration has more
repositories enabled than your yum configuration, so you're seeing more
packages available, and you don't appear to have imported the GPG keys
for these extra repositories.
GPG#e42d547b is the GPG key for Matthias Saou (freshrpms.net):
# rpm --import http://ftp.freshrpms.net/pub/freshrpms/RPM-GPG-KEY
GPG#a109b1ec is the GPG key for Livna.org:
# rpm --import http://rpm.livna.org/RPM-LIVNA-GPG-KEY
It's not a good idea to run a package manager when you don't know where
it's going to get packages from...
